HCH Construction Sdn Bhd (HCH) was incorporated in August 1996; formerly known as Sang Chong Hin Construction (SCH), the principal activity of the company is construction & rental of heavy machinery & equipment.

Datuk Lee Geok Chong was the founder of SCH in 1981, from owning one unit of dumping truck to a substantial number of machinery as listed in their list of machinery & equipment.

As business grows from the rental of machinery to the construction industry, they have gained favouritism and support from reputable organizations such as Melati Ehsan Group, Samling Group, HOHUP Group, LBS Bina Group, SIMA, etc.
